All Registration Forms must be submitted on or before Sunday, April 28, 2024.
Due to the high number of attendees, on-site registration is not guaranteed.
Everyone In Your Party Must Be Registered:
Anyone on-site during RMSS must be registered even if they are not actively participating in RMSS events. This includes spouses, significant others, children or friends.

Registrations Are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable and Non-Negotiable:
In the event you cannot attend for either the entire and/or portions of the event, registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable and we do not offer any "Single Day Rates".
Unforseen Circumstances:
Please know there is always a possibility you, your party, a featured speaker, vendor, or
other advertised participants can not attend RMSS due to unforeseen
circumstances. Also know that inclement weather, wildfire or other natural
phenomena may occur, preventing the ability to observe the night skies.
Should these or other situations occur, we shall not be responsible for refunding
merchandise, meals or registration fees.
No Open Flames / Fires:
I am aware of the fire danger
in Colorado and I WILL NOT bring a charcoal grill/stove, gas firepit, candles, fireworks, have
a campfire or produce any other type of open flame.
By continuing with this registration, I am stating that I have read the above

by ALL of the RMSS Rules and Regulations.
